On the 26th of August 2023, I had the pleasure of capturing the beautiful wedding day of Avril and Colin at the enchanting Ruthin Castle in North Wales. This striking venue not only serves as a remarkable backdrop for wedding photography but also holds a special place in my heart, as I had previously shot a wedding there a decade earlier. The day was filled with love, laughter, and stunning visuals that I am excited to share with you.

The Engagement Session

Before we delve into the wedding day itself, it’s important to highlight how I first met Avril and Colin. We initially got together at their lovely home for an engagement photoshoot. This session was not just an opportunity for them to get comfortable in front of the camera; it was also a chance for me to capture their chemistry and the beginning of their journey together.
